The Fiber Fanatics of Northwest Oklahoma (FFONWOK) will be presenting a show and demonstration of the many facets of fiber arts at Gallery@112 in downtown Sayre on Saturday, July 13. The group was formed to support, encourage and educate each other in the fiber arts and to provide a network for promoting the use of natural and sustainable fibers. Members of the group will be coming from various towns in northwest Oklahoma to show and share their skills in weaving, felting, spinning, carding, crochet, knitting, to name a few. The group meets regularly to share ideas, discuss competitions, and plan demonstrations. Everyone is invited to come by the Gallery@112 between 10 AM and 3 PM to visit with FFONWOK members and view their beautiful creations. Of special interest will be a live baby alpaca and angora rabbits. For further information please call the Gallery@112 at 580-928-0002.
